Wheels & tyres
|
Remove wheels, check rims and tyres for wear and damage, check tyre pressures. Check spare wheel is secure and condition if fitted.

Brakes
|
Remove brake drums and check linings and drums for wear, check and grease handbrake cable, check for wear & re-grease wheel bearings report any damage.

Lights
|
Check light socket and cable for damage, test all lights and lenses inside and out of trailer where applicable.

Tow hitch
|
Check hitch for wear and damage, grease hitch cup and all grease points, check rubber hitch sleeve for wear and security, check emergency brake cable for damage including clip. Check handbrake lever for security and wear.

Jockey Wheel
|
Check jockey wheel for wear, including wheel, tyre & bearing, check locking device for damage and usability.

Ramps
|
Check ramps for wear and damage check & grease hinges including top doors if fitted, check securing pins and mounts for damage.

Mud guards
|
Check mud guards are secure and not damaged, check brackets and bolts are secure, report any damage.

Floor
|
Check floor for any defects, check for wear and soft spots, report ANY damage
|
|
|
Internal
|
Check side walls for wear and damage, check partitions for damage and wear, check all clips and chest bars for security, check floor and roof mounts.

Chassis
|
Check chassis and axles for wear and damage, report on condition, check body mounts for security.
|
|
|
